LOVELY PROPERTY

We often stop in Young on our way to the Blue Mountains. This time we thought we would try a different motel to stay. We called and the owner offered us a good deal. Very friendly owners , lovely spacious and very clean room. We dined in the restaurant 'Elevation'. Although the food was very nice it was very expensive. Desserts were reasonable all at $8 each, but the mains were very overpriced. I don't think we would dine in again, I think we would drive into town, but will def stay at the motel again. Breakfast was average and delivered to the room. The only downfall was the internet was not so good, however the owner did explain he was getting it fixed, so hopefully next time round that will be better. Overall a lovely stay! Thank you, Pierre!

Great place to stay

This Motor Inn is on the highway however it is set far enough away from the road that noise is not an issue. It is clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful and in addition they have a lovely restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast the next morning. I would certainly stay here again.

We have stayed at this motel twice now and I have been very impressed with the standard of the property. Each room we stayed in were clean comfortable and quiet and both had a pleasant view from the window. The proprietorship was different each time we stayed but was friendly and helpful both times. My only complaint would be that I personally felt that the tarif was somewhat expensive for a country town. I will stay there again in the future and regardless of the cost I would highly recommend stay there

We passed this motel on the way down into Young and had to turn back to take another look. So glad we did. It is fairly expensive but I think host Pierre took pity on a couple of exhausted old travellers and gave us a very reasonable rate for the night. Huge, very comfortable rooms and lovely surroundings. We chose room service for our evening meal and found it to be of a very high restaurant standard, and almost more than we could eat. You don't often get that. Far enough from the main road to render traffic noise unnoticeable. On a long road trip of nearly 3 weeks, this was the best hotel we stayed in, and great value for money. Highly recommended.

Extra large rooms, ver clean and well appointed with a pool area. Manager was really helpful and friendly. We had rooms at the back of the hotel with rear sliding doors opening to a nice view of the neighbouring paddock with lovely, friendly ponies. That outlook is a nice way to start the day! Close to town so no probs getting around. Check price with the Manager rather than book online with brokers as he was able to give us a cheaper price.
