Overall very good - just a bit high in price, but very clean and quiet. Good location - restaurant for breakfast was nice to order at table. Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. I'd stay here again in Emporia.

This Best Western was horrible!! Doors didn't lock and urine in the toliet. Breakfast was whatever they had leftover and we were charged a gratuity for the FREE breakfast!! There is never a manager on duty to take complaints and the staff only do the minium to fix your problem.

The place was somewhat dilapidated. Front desk staff had either friends or family milling around the lobby during the late evening. Could've over looked everything until the cook was a complete grouch and served up a slop breakfast Saturday morning.

Unfriendly staff, unprepared for groups. Rooms where doors don't lock and latch properly. Missing things like toilet seats and shower heads in rooms. Do not recommend anyone stay here and I will never stay here again.

high price for bad food, lumpy bed and pillows, and one hateful staff member for checkout. Asked for late check out, verified that twice and was still locked out of room Had to go and deal with very nasty receptionist to get room unlocked again. Beds are very uncomfortable-lumpy as were the pillows. Bring your own food or go out somewhere else. Food there was either overcooked and or dry.
