Moritz Eon 22/07/2017 12:53If we wouldn't have eaten there, i would give the hotel almost 5 stars but we did.
The breakfast is not made with good quality.
Unfortunately we decided to have dinner in the hotel-restaurant which was pritty expencive. The service was friendly but the "Käsespätzle" were an absolute desaster.
Nevertheless i recommend this place because of the friendlyness of the stuff.
Very positive surprise
JAJK66on 01/05/2017 16:30This was the closest accommodation for the Hannover Messe we could find, so I did not have very high expectations. What a pleasant surprise to walk into a modern, spacious room. The breakfast buffet next morning measured up to the one we had the day before at a five star property. Overall very pleasant surprise.
This place sucks
Randy Dion Ton 25/10/2016 15:00They messed up my reservation and charged me twice for staying there. They did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. I was told that there is nothing that can be done. This is totally unacceptable for a business as large as Best Western. I will never stay there again!
Great hotel and for a business trip ideal
Carlarsenon 28/04/2016 19:04I stayed there only for one night. The service is top and I had the pleasure staying in the new port of the hotel. The was great and absolutely nothing was missing in the room.
The breakfast buffet was ok, but not very sophisticated / no fruit, only basics.
Disappointing recommendation from VW

Bar service unbelievably slow. They advertised a cocktail special and didn't know how to make it, or have the ingredients to hand.
Incorrect wine served.
Fish overlooked - badly.
Waiter service, at best, could be described as amateurish and that would be kind!
Room comfortable, nice balcony.
Breakfast spartan, very unfriendly waitress.
