this was a super hotel with a great breakfast and a good staff who opened a bottle of wine for us and this place was just off tram#16 which is just a hop skip and jump from il Duomo and lots of other neighborhoods

We stayed here for a night since we had a flight the next morning. Very convenient, there is a free shuttle that will bring you to and from the airport (if you need to be picked up from the airport, you just have to give them a call to send the shuttle). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is nice and quiet, a bit old fashioned and may need some minor upgrades but overall it's a lovely place!

i would rate this hotel somewhere between 2* and 3*. you can see it's old and old-fashioned from the outside to the inside. rooms are very small, but at least they are clean. theoretically they have wifi but practically it's not working in most of the rooms and even the lobby. very unpleasent smell on the staircase (urine) and very poor breakfast. the only good thing was location.

Rooms were very nice here. The staff are very friendly.
The breakfast was very nice with a good selection to pick from.
The metro and buses stop near by so that was handy. There is also a shop just around the corner if you needed it.
The hairdryer wasn't very good.

Good location if you want to discover the city on foot. All the basics are available. Well stocked mini-bar. There is a cooker in the room but no coffee or tea, you should ask for it at reception. Staff are very helpfull and friendly. Although our room was located on the street side it was very quiet.
