Good 4 star pets friendly hotel

Stayed several times at this hotel and has never disappointed. Clean, quite spacious rooms, good breakfast menu with cold and hot meal to choose from and pet friendly. Hotel location is very good, 5 minutes walk from city center and Aqua park.

Cozy and quiet

Stayed at Best Baltic Hotel Druskininkai for one night. The location is perfect. The hotel is cozy and quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was tiny but clean and bed was very comfortable. Dinner was excellent, compliments to the chef:)

Descent, but not a 4 star hotel for sure

We booked our stay on internet (Booking.com) and chose a package that includes 3 hours of aqua park and a dinner. Actually this package is not something that's way cheaper than buying same things separately, but first thing that receptionist asked when we tried to check in was a coupon code. What coupon code? I had to confirm my credit card for the booking, it's not something we got at a discount price. For a Sunday to Monday night in winter it was actually quite a pricey option, but seems like receptionist didn't think so and didn't hesitate to show it in her behavior.
So, we got our room. It was nice, clean, though bed was not as soft as you'd expect of a 4 star hotel (we stayed at a 2 star hotel in New York and the room had exactly same amenities, but way softer and comfier bed and way way better toiletries). The room decor is nice as you'd expect. TV could have better selection of programs (at least in winter :))
Next thing was a call from a restaurant. A girl asked when we would like to have our dinner and informed it will be served between 5PM and 7PM. Quite a bummer for someone who is not used to dine this early, and also because we thought we could still go to the aqua park for 3 hours (we arrived at the hotel at 3PM). We talked to receptionist and decided we could go to the aqua park the next day, and today we will book a massage and stay inside. Well, it seams that a SPA hotel has no masseuse on premises. We were asked to wait until she arrives for few hours and then the massage will start at 6PM. Right at the time we already booked our dinner... One more disappointment - check.
Dinner time. We were asked to choose our courses of two options :D One was a pork chop, the other - chicken stew with vegetables. I asked if they had a vegetarian option and was suggested a vegetable stew with cream sauce. We also had salads, which were really good. The stew was also good except... it had chicken pieces in it. Seems like kitchen staff thought anyone who claims to be vegetarian doesn't mind to eat a stew with MOST chicken pieces fished out. Vegetables were tasty, but...
Oh, and there was a dessert... That was TERRIBLE. I really really would like to say dinner was nice. My husband liked his salad and pork chop. But the desert. It was vile...
Next morning breakfast was ok. Not a huge selection, but they had some hot courses, some cheeses and cereals.
Overall - if you want a nice room and a decent breakfast - go for it. But don't go there if you expect a SPA experience and chose a different place for dinner. I think Druskininkai have much better places for same or even better price.

Very good location, near city centre, Aqua park and other main city attractions. Rooms spacious, quite with mini bar and kettle. There are mini spa at the zero floor free for guests from 8 till 11 am. It is worth to order room with full relax programme ( entry for aqua park 3 hr 2 zone, full breakfast and supper, hotel spa 8 -11 am ), Personal friendly and helpfu.

從櫃檯到早餐buffet 的服務生都很友善。房間整潔無疑。據點好，到各個景點以步行相當合適。會說英文，溝通良好。即使是淡季去也別有一番趣味。
The watress from the reception and the buffet are all friendly. The room is clean. The location of the hotel is good, it's in proper distance to walk from the hotel to all resorts. They speak English, there is acceptable communication between us and the reception. I think it's rather interesting to go during winter and less crowded.
