Matzs1492on 11/08/2017 21:52I looked for a hotel well placed via city center. This hotel is near to the rail way station & main walking streets and restaurants. The breakfast is correct and staff is friendly. They have only 1 parking place / garage. I was a bit disappointed about cleanliness of corridors & our room. They have to improve them. An other small problem is: they have very old climatisation system / noisy.

McLeodnzon 30/07/2016 19:00How we ended up in this clean tidy and central hotel is any ones guess. We were searching for a hotel near Biarritz railway station. Thought we had found it but alarm bells rang when we realised that Saint Jean de Luz was not Biarritz. No harm done and we duly caught the 0654 TGV to Paris the next day. On arrival at 0900 the gentleman in reception helped us with our many bags and sorted us rooms long before the 1400 check-in . Whilst the rooms were very small they were presented clean with wifi and AC (a bit noisy) . Tea making facilities. What else do you need for a short over night. Would definitely stay again.
Nice hotel but not quite functional
Roberto Lon 23/05/2016 18:55If you are looking for a small hotel just across the train station, small room, friendly staff, unstable internet signal but having almost everything around, this is your perfect choice! No frills, of course, but reasonable good for a small beach city of Southwest of France.And the town itself is lovely and not quite expensive to stay at off-season months (I have been there in early May 2016).
Reception help made it 4 instead of 3.
FayeandRuion 07/04/2016 22:51Arrived nearly 11pm after driving from Ypres and failing to stay at Ibis Budget (see my other review). Completely frazzled, we stopped at Best Western on the off chance of a room - most of the other hotels we passed either looked too expensive or were apparently closed/asleep. Happily they had a room available. We did ask for the cheapest double. Our room 111 was small but clean. It looked onto the road with a view of the mountains and train station and had a Juliet balcony. The bed was good, there was tea/coffee/kettle, the bathroom was clean and had powerful shower. Fixtures other than the bed were a bit old/tired. Noise quite obvious from neighbouring (upstairs?) room - buzzing mobile phone and SNORING. Having said that, so was husband, so maybe there was some payback! Did not stop for breakfast; back on the road.
