Poor service - old hotel

I agree to the other reviewers that this Hotel is near the highway and therefore an easy stop.

In fact the hotel is next to a Mc Donalds and an Aral Gas Station in a Truck stop Setup.

What I liked
- proximity to the highway
- free parking

What I did not like
- friendlyness of staff is questionable
- breakfast was of low quality food and not enough items
- no Restaurant
- rooms are old, small and noisy
- bathroom is of an age surpassing "dated"
- parking is free but too small and only useable by off-road cars (all other will scratch their bottom on the steep entrance)
- WiFi is slow and bumpy

I would not recommend to stay here

Good place to stay for travel

Good place to sojourn for the night for travel....location was good in that it was close to the highway. Coffee in the morning was a treat. Can't really comment on amenities as it was just an overnight to break up travel time.

Standard chain hotel with pleasant staff

Free coffee and pastries in the lobby. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy with free onsite parking. Reasonable cost for the room.

However, we were a group of three and the triple room had an awful cot for the third bed - we ended up squeezing the three of us between the two twin beds. Pillows could have been firmer. Shower was so forceful it kept blowing the shower curtain out of the tub, getting water all over the bathroom. Breakfast was an obscene €10 extra each (!!) so we picked up fresh pastries from a nearby shop instead at a fraction of the cost.

Pretty adequate for the price, clean, no frills.
The only real disappointment was the third cot bed which was not only small but also extremely uncomfortable - we had to squeeze all three into one bed.

Also, shower was awkward to use and sprayed water all across the bathroom.

Perfect accommodation

The Best Western is a perfect accommodation for a quick break and overnight stay on your way from south to north or vice versa!
Easy access from the near by highway, friendly staff and check-in without any trouble make this hotel a very good solution to stop. The hotel provides coffee and tea for free, and the bar invites you to relax after your trip. Located close to Munich and Augsburg it might be the starting point for an excursion if you wish.
