Our balcony direct to the out and indoor swimmingpool Area. The Weather was sunny so we used the pool, the Water was warm and clean. The Dinner was Good in the Nice restaurant. We would like to come back.
Cozy hotel
Guina Aon 22/06/2017 13:35Located just a few minutes drive from Flensburg, and in a cozy green sorroundings. Great facilities, good breakfast buffet & friendly, high service oriented personnel. Hotel rate is very fair because breakfast is included, and free wifi.
There is a small Fleggaard store just beside the hotel.
There is a large pool both indoor & outdoor where kids can also enjoy.
We will definitely come back with our kids.
Excellent during pool weather
fdqpson 30/05/2017 08:16The hotel is just on the boarder in a building which is getting aged with a pretty large pool. We stayed for two nights and the room was clean and ok. First night we tried the buffet which was a disappointment. The second night we went down to Flensburg which is a small wonderful town with a wide range of good restaurants. Breakfast was average and the bar food, which we tried for lunch, was pretty good (basic bar food).
Would recommend it if you like to spend some time at the pool.

tbeck67on 21/05/2017 23:36We stayed here for 7 nights whilst visiting family in Flensburg. The hotel is not too bad but very busy over the weekend. As other reviewers have said, it seems a lot of Danish people come for the weekend and do shopping at the Fleggaard at the front of the hotel. This means that there are a lot of children during the weekend, they are pretty loud around the pool area and when we arrived and were checking the pool, we were spat on by a child up on the balcony of his room! This was not the fault of the hotel, but be careful walking around the pool area by the units! This can also make parking difficult sometimes over the weekend. Breakfast was fresh and kept stocked up during the entire time. Our room was a great size, especially when you are staying for more than a night or two. We did not realize how far from Flensburg town the hotel was but that's our fault for not checking too much before we booked! We had a bit of difficulty with the door to the balcony in our room, it seems the hinges were worn and almost impossible to keep it part open. The room got very hot and stuffy during the night even with the heater off if you did not leave the door open a little. Our room had a view over the road and across to the beach (hidden by the trees) but was still private and lovely spring blossoms to look at. The pool and spa are really nice, but I do not think they are as warm as they state they are on the advertising. The outside sauna is clothing free but the indoor ones are not.
