Small, but sufficient

Narrow walkway, two medium sized suitcases had to be lined up against the wall with little room left. Bathroom was nice, nice hot water and a window overlooking the bedroom.
Comfortable bed, small TV that we did not use.
Was sufficient for our needs, but quite small overall.
Staff members downstairs were pleasant and easy to deal with.
We did not take the breakfast option, but did see the restaurant on our way in and out.
3-4 Star hotel with good promotion cost
Yeo Con 11/07/2017 16:28This hotel provide a very clean and big size room, and with big bathroom. Unfortunately, the hotel also charge a very expensive car parking fee. Anyway, I managed to get a good promotion package for the room and very happy with the environment and surrounding area which is quite and no interruption. The hotel provide a very good services and it is worst it to stay at this hotel.
Good 3-night stay
bsuchaion 11/07/2017 01:50We were here for 3 nights during our Sapporo trip. The hotel is located not far from the north exit of JR Sapporo station...about 5-minute walk. Don't get confused with the other Hotel Mystays Aspen as it is located near Hotel Mystays Sapporo Station and Aspen is the first Hotel Mystays that you will reach first before arriving at Hotel Mystays Sapporo Station. There are Lawson convenient store across the road so it is convenient to find some snacks and drinks during your stay. The hotel is decorated and looked modern in design. The front desk staffs can speak English well. My double-bed room was quite small but I would say it was bigger than other hotels we used to stay in Japan. One bad thing for this hotel was that the lobby had a smell of cigarette. Apart from this, I think this hotel is acceptable in terms of location, convenience, and pricing.
Voyeur Bathroom
Katoh808on 08/07/2017 04:26The semi-double room I stayed at had the oddest bathroom setup. There was a window in the shower overlooking the bed. There was no curtain or shades to block the view into the shower. If a person was taking a shower, that person was visible to anyone else in the room. It was kind of creepy.
Good location, small room

The location is great as it's very close to the Sapporo station. It's very convenient going everywhere.
