vtozseron 24/08/2017 08:11We stayed here for 2 nights with my husband. Hotel is nice and clean, the room was nice good size. Breakfast was great nothing special choice for everyone.
It has its own private beach area with a few beds. The hotel needs to spend some money at the beach front looks very old.
Car park is free and good wifi.
In Rijeka nothing to do we went to Opatija instead. Which is a beautiful seaside town.

Yoavorionon 21/08/2017 15:30We went to Jadran hotel to be close to Rijeka airport after a week of sailing... so for us it was more a necessity.. The hotel was nice, rooms are simple but clean and food was average. there is a small kids club which was nice...
The location is great - right on the boardwalk and beach...
The staff was also very nice.

Per Thomas Gon 19/07/2017 11:31Stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and do not regret one day. Located a bit outside Rijeka center and 2 meters from the Adriatic sea - what more do you want? All personell are very friendly and helpfull.
Swim in the Adriatic
Frederic Ton 12/07/2017 17:50The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the city center, but also serviced by the #1 bus. The location is superb, directly on the Adriatic. Rooms have a wonderfu view and there is a deck on the lower floor that allows you to sun bath and swim. The service was friendly and prompt.
Rikeka is not on the typical Croatian tourist map, but it is well worth a visit. It was once an important port for the Habsburgs. There was a large Italian population, and Italians still call the city Fiume. After WWI for a brief time it was occupied by the Italian poet and nationalist D'Annunnzio, who wanted to claim it for Italy. When the Italian government failed to go along, he declared it the Italian Regency of Carnaro and instituted a short-lived government that anticipated some of the fascist gestures and symbology adopted by Mussolini. All of this, good food, and a chance to swim alone in the Adriatic.
over-rated and noisy, isolated, avoid
John Mon 11/07/2017 08:09hotel looks appealing and the front rooms (superior rooms) face the waterfront, however the other rooms face a busy road overlooking the neighbourhood. Road is very noisy until late in the evenings. Main restaurant has nice outside balcony and a la carte menu is quite good. Made the mistake one night of booking for the buffet, and between booking and coming down for dinner, several buses arrived and most of the food was either gone or down to the last scraps. Staff could not keep up, felt sorry for them, and most food was not replenished. Too far to walk to main tourist / restaurant precinct, and one way road means a longer travel to get back to town. Onsite parking is convenient. More a business hotel.
