Think twice about staying here!
Alan Won 09/08/2017 04:11Our one night stay here can only be described as the night from hell. We were in a room on the third floor and the noise, voices, yelling and banging coming from i don't know where was incessant and kept me up all night. It was very close maybe from a neighbouring building may be from the same building, it was hard to tell. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab and the pillows were not much better. To boil water you had to place the jug on the floor because the cord was too short to reach any of the other power points. The fridge was not even plugged in so bad luck if you wanted to keep anything cold. I would find somewhere else to stay - it is convenient to the ferry though.
Convenient location but old premices
bertrand bon 14/07/2017 11:15It is well located in the heart of Noumea; it was the best hotel in the city long time ago.
But it is now a little bit old. However it may be, it is quite confortable. If you don't need to be in the city, it is better to go along the seaside because Noumea is not an exiting city.
Convenient town location
timetravel1on 24/06/2017 03:18Stayed one night before flying out. Hotel in town. Easy to find. Lobby very unpretentious but the staff were good given our lack of French. The room was very large. No view from window. Very quiet. Bathroom old style with shower over bath. All clean and tidy. Didnt try the breakfast as early flight. Wandered around Moumea trying to find a restaurant and ended up at the one next door to the hotel. Had a good menu and the food was good although not memorable. The front desk arranged a shuttle for us (3000 XPF each). Would we stay again? Probably as most other hotels are more expensive and by the beaches. Here you could explore Noumea itself.for a day and ferry out to an island or two for the day.
An Ok Hotel near downtown
Roberto Son 09/06/2017 07:46The Best Western Hotel Le Paris is a good choice, it is conveniently located near the downtown of Noumea, a little bit far from the beach but it is ok, the rooms are big and clean but sometimes smelled like mold and he attitude of the people at the front desk could be better, however for the price it is good, besides the wifi is fast
Good business hotel
Elle Won 04/03/2017 01:10We needed a reasonably priced hotel in the centre of town, as we were arriving on a midnight flight. Hotel le Paris served this purpose effectively. It's a good location if you want to be in the CBD area. Rooms are clean and satisfactory - generously spaced business-style rooms. No ice machine or ice buckets available through room service, but then again my french is particularly bad! Bag storage was helpful as we ducked out for a daytrip after checking out, but be prepared to be handed a key to the luggage room, and expected to deal with storing your bags yourself. A satisfactory hotel depending on what your needs are. I wouldn't stay here for tourism personally, but for a more business-centred trip this Hotel would do the trick.
Service in the Breakfast restaurant is sweet, though. A friendly start to the day!
