Noisy, but proper rooms!

The location of the hotel isn't very inspirational. On five minutes walking distance you will find the train station which brings you downtown Frankfurt in 45 min.
The rooms were pretty noisy. We had five rooms and most of my colleagues got awake at night because of some loud noise. And we were all on different areas of the hotel. So they need to work on this.
Brilliant staff
mignot2014on 06/10/2016 22:43We arrived late but this presented no problem from the welcoming and very helpful staff. There were only three of them totally in control of running the hotel which was full. They quickly arranged dinner for us and the service was first class throughout. Best Western in the U.S. should take note as our experience of the hotels there lags far behind the one here.
Will certainly use again if we plan a similar trip.

Swe70on 20/08/2016 19:53We arrived rather late after a ad-hoc booking on our journey going north through Germany. We (my wife and 2 kids) stayed in one of the "apartments" which suited us really good. The gentleman in the reception was very kind, helpful and clear in giving us the need to know about the hotel. It felt somewhat awkward location of the hotel but I must say that the overall experience surprised us in a very positive way. Would recommend this hotel as a great stop-over hotel. The breakfast was very nice.

Quiet and convenient hotel
61_IslandHopperon 31/07/2016 14:48The hotel lies between Frankfurt and Mannheim off the beaten track and I stayed there on a business trip.
It looks a bit old fashioned and the exterior, interior and rooms would need a refurbishment. However the place is clean and convenient.
In the evening we had dinner in the hotel’s restaurant and the quality was good. No need to drive far, since there is no decent place in the surroundings.
The breakfast buffet is sumptuous, all fresh, and nice.
The service was friendly as well.
All I all a good price but nothing special.
High Quality Hotel BUT a bit overpriced and TERRIBLE WiFi
AccessGuyon 11/05/2016 16:09The hotel itself has an excellent staff, is quite well maintained, includes a great buffet breakfast and has a decent restaurant for dinner as well. For this part of Germany, it's a bit overpriced, but worst of all was the horrible WiFi experience I had the whole weekend! I have stayed there before two years ago and it was fine then - did they lower their budget? Change their provider? Don't know, but this is unacceptable for a business traveler serving entity.
