Big room but not available fitness late at night

jajavalBon 17/09/2016 14:23

This hotel just joins with joytel chain, former "bestwestern". Its location is next to big GuanYin Statue and there is Aeon shopping mall just across the road. This hotel room facilites are of average. Unfortunately, the fitness center operation hours is so limited , esp. on weekend , close on 19:30. There is softdrinks or drinks vending machine on the lobby floor and anopening-late at night supermarket. Quality of internet wifi for free is good; however, you can accede only at the lobby area on 2nd floor. Staffs are friendly. But it needs more improvement about inhouse service for comforting guests.

Least liked of 15 hotels on 3 week tour.

There isn't much to recommend this hotel unless you want to golf next door. It is well outside the city and they didn't supply more than essentials. I was a single person with a tour group and although my room was spacious and clean, I got one tea bag, one tea cup, one pillow, one bath towel and one hand towel. (Glad I don't have to dry long hair any more.) The breakfast buffet was equally sparse. For salad, only shredded cabbage, no lettuce or tomatoes; cornflakes was the only cereal. The A/C worked well once I figured it out. There is an odd remote (with no English instructions) and it starts at 30C and you have to push buttons till you subtract to the desired temperature. No Wi-Fi in rooms.

No Wi-Fi in Room, Book 2 rooms for 3 persons

I had to stay here during my Sendai visit, as Holiday Inn was not available on 26-Sep’15. The hotel is far from Sendai railway Station, approx. 06 Kms. Stayed here for one night. The positives. The hotel had an excellent view from the room. The view of the Golf Course adjoining the hotel was great. The hotel also has a coin operated washing machine. We also liked the massage chair provided in the room.
What was disappointing was that there is no Wi-Fi in the room. Internet is available only through LAN. Food was good. Restaurant service was also good. Like the staff attitude. They were very polite and tried to do their best to help you out. They also have a Willer (Bus Service) Stop in the hotel. There is a grand Buddha Statue outside the hotel, which was truly impressive. But one thing I did not like about the management policy was, that though the rooms were big enough they do not allow triple occupancy, hence I was compelled to book 2 rooms during my stay (we were 3 of us including self). They could have easily provided an extra bed, and charged accordingly. This policy of the management to make profits is not the right way to get your guests back

We had been in Asia traveling for 17 days and our hosts took us to this wonderful, quiet, beautiful hotel in Sendai. It was well run and had a beautiful breakfast buffet each morning. Our room was clean and fresh and we loved the bed and the shower. We would definitely go here again. We stayed here two nights and felt right at home.

Not bad

Big rooms, clean, friendly staff, good food. A bit far from center. Not yet fully English friendly looking at informations in the rooms such as remote control user guide or hotel information booklet. I stayed there two nights.
