Good option on outskirts of Basel
LucyLu_Texason 10/07/2017 20:51Its a former Best Western, now chainless. Unusually generous room size (see photo). Courteous & efficient multilingual staff. Quiet. easy access for drivers. Excellent steak house next door for a good dinner option.
Lovely place to stay
Paul Mon 17/06/2017 15:22We stayed here for one night en route back to the UK. We hadn't booked and just turned up and were lucky to get an excellent room. It was very clean and spacious with good facilities including fresh Nespresso coffee. There complimentary drinks in the fridge and the bed was very big and comfortable. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We caught the tram into town which was simple and quick. The only slight negatives were the low quality tea (they use Liptons and not Twinings - just my personal preference) and the poor quality of the pool table and table football games. These are very minor things and I will definitely stay again another time. Highly recommend this place.
Nothing to complain
HorvathJanoson 17/06/2017 03:47It is a three star hotel. Nice, clean and tidy. We had a room for five. The bed that can transform into a cabinet was not very comfortable. Curtains fell off, but they repaired it quickly. WiFi was fast and reliable.

Ganesh Ton 23/05/2017 06:50This hotel is awesome!!!!!The Rooms are Big and very Clean!High Speed wifi (There websites that say that There is wired wifi,but that is not true) You even get bus tickets to go on the public bus!!!
I stayed here for one night only,which was sad,because the hotel was awesome!!!!!!

Very Swiss
DavidVR84on 17/05/2017 22:10Look the hotel itself is very clean, organised and functional. The breakfast is basic without being amazing but a bit expensive for the spread. The rooms are very typical for Switzerland with two useless pillows one square and hard and the other flat and useless. With a hard mattress and the duvet in the middle of the bed. The showers have built in bottles to dispense your shower gel and there is no iron to get ready for your day. A few improvements needed!
