2nd time in Macau

It is my 2nd time in Macau and this time we stayed overnight. the hotel has a friendly reception and nice lobby. the location is good. just take bus mt4 to get to different hotels in the cotai strip. the room is big and comfortable. I like the art in the room because it makes the room more homey. overall it was a good stay!

Value for money

Very much value for money.

Location is within walking distance of Senado Square and other old streets imbued with Portuguese influences. If you prefer exploring the cultural heritage of Macau (rather than staying near the newer and flashier casinos), then this hotel is recommended.

The hotel also provides a mobile phone, which you can use during your stay. It has free unlimited data, and allows free international calls to certain countries. It is an appreciated extra something that is handy and useful. :)

The Portuguese restaurant on the first floor is also good and inexpensive. The lunch set we tried (which included soup, salad, BBQ ribs, fish fillet, dessert, and tea) cost about 98 MOP and can be comfortably shared between two people (or two women, at least :) )

A special shout out to the friendly and efficient staff at the restaurant, as well as the staff at the hotel, who ensured our 2D1N stay felt comfortable and warm.

My only issue with the hotel is its weak wifi, which I could only use in the lobby (but not in our room). Perhaps that is something the hotel can consider improving.

Overall a great stay, and will definitely consider staying at again next time I'm in Macau.

I love Best Western. The rooms are always clean. Simple but comfortable. The staff is friendly and easy to deal with. I always prefer and recommend this franchise what ever city it's available in. This one in Sun Sun Macau is great!

Definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Comfortable room, all drinks in the fridge are complimentary, free handphone so you can make calls and navigate around town. The receptionists were friendly and very helpful.

Decent Hotel

A good size of the bed. I got a good sleep. My room was on the 9th floor, and I could see real Macau out of the window, nothing fancy but interesting. The best thing about this place is every poplar tourist attractions are within walking distance. You can always go back and rest after being tired from walking around the area.
