Y7876GMdeborahton 11/07/2017 19:35This hotel has a great breakfast but if you are a non-smoker, do not take a smoking room. Smoke smell is unbearable! There is an indoor pool and Jacuzzi of which I am not a fan of simply because there was no opening, i.e., windows. I like to be outside when there is a pool. The breakfast is better than your typical free continental breakfast. They have a pancake making machine instead of the typical waffle one. Great breakfast!! I would stay here again!

KentuckyPeepson 11/07/2017 16:33No frills but everything was as it should be and great value for the price. Very clean both in room and grounds. Front desk very efficient. Check in and out very fast. Did not eat breakfast so can't comment on that. Towels are basic but good size and soft and absorbent. Each bed was a queen and had 4 pillows. Bedding was not luxury but was soft and great weight. AC was SUPER cold and not very noisy. Hallways are exterior so you can park near your room. Request room away from front if road noise will bother you. Hotel is right. near interstate. Shower was great. Carpet and flooring were new. We were in room 201. You will be satisfied with this property.

Sara Hon 11/07/2017 13:57Check-in clerk very knowledgable about area and promotions! Great service including helping with toilet situation. Surprised there was a pool and whirlpool at this price! Sadly, our room was on the end nearest to the highway (rrrrrooom-rrrrrrrooom) so request NOT to get that. Also, air took all night to kick in and woke up middle of night freezing. Smell in room of cleaning strong when we arrived. Great room with clean areas and well maintained!

Joseph Con 10/07/2017 16:24Ms. Christina (Manager) and her entire staff show high standards of customer service. At Macon Inns and suites a traveler is feels more like a family member then a guest. Rooms are very clean and if you encounter a problem, Staff on duty will do their best to resolve any issues.

general. Will be returning to a Best Western for our next trip.
