Surprised in Merrillville
Ominnickson 23/08/2017 15:10We stayed at this hotel after a wedding. We usually don't stay at Best Western but it happened to be close to the venue at the right price. It was a well equipped hotel. Everything was working and in good condition. According to my wife and mother-in-law, the room was a little dated (but looked fine to me). I'm definitely interested in staying in Best Western in my travels. Nice hotels, good price.
My Stay with BW Merriville
208burgesspon 20/08/2017 16:22I have stayed at several Hotels during this transition period as I wait for my new home to be ready to move in. I must tell the truth, I have had the comfortable and safe night with the Best Western Merrillville. This transition have been hard, but Mack and the rest of the staff at BW are so kind. The hotel is clean and safe. I will be back
Great Stay
jermainey2017on 15/08/2017 00:17Our stay was great. I wish your breakfast had some other type of meat besides sausage links. Maybe bacon or ham. The pool and Jacuzzi should be open 24 hours; not closing at 10pm. Also, the fitness room should be 24 hours. It would be nice to have a better variety of beverages in the vending machine since you have to purchase them.
BW Stay
Robert Ton 14/08/2017 18:37I have found the overall service excellent by all staff! I stay at the Merrillville often and the service has been excellent. I had left some personal property in my room and a staff member ran down several flights of stairs to catch me defore I pulled out of the parking lot, which he did. The staff member thought it would be quicker, as the elevator was picking up others.

rochelleh571on 14/08/2017 16:14What a wonderful experience! Paras, the customer service attendant on duty when I arrived, was so warm and friendly. The hotel was neat and clean, and the breakfast selections were varied and delicious. I will be back again in the near future!
