We stay here every time we go to Coushatta!. The breakfast is fabulous and the staff is very friendly and takes care of issues promptly. In the several years that we have been staying here, there have been only two instances where we had noisy neighbors. The staff took care of it immediately!

We made the trip to Coushatta for our 1 yr Anniversary. A great stay and great for the $$$. Very nice staff and location, shuttle was nice to have and was always available. Staff was helpful and nice breakfast each day.

This is the BEST BW Motel I have ever stayed in. Staff went over and above to accommodate our every need. Rooms spacious and breakfast was excellent with real meats and even hot prepared girts. The clerk noticed I was traveling with my nobility impaired elderly Mom and offered to go and bring ice to our room. Wendy is Excellence personified!

You Get What You Pay For

Pros:
1. Location - it's practically in the Coushatta parking lot.
2. Price - half the price than the Coushatta hotels.
3. Staff - very friendly.
4. Shower - greatness!

Cons:
1. Reservations - nowhere on my reservation did it say "smoking" room.
2. Smell - since we were stuck in a smoking room, it smelled horrible. No bueno for non smokers.
3. Outdated - needs a makeover badly.
4. Breakfast - not too good but at least they had one.
5. Safety - didn't feel that safe being on the first floor with an exterior window that didn't lock.

Overall, just okay. Again, you get what you pay for.
