Jamie Eon 28/07/2017 15:22I'm a loyal La Quinta customer however I was very disappointed in this place. It looks brand new from the outside and in the lobby but further in tells a different story. It's obvious they have recently remolded but they didn't totally remodel as the old still is visible. I checked in the evening of 7-26-2017. The rooms got a face lift but they left the old tubs, toilets, and window units. The wall plug in covers were salvages as well with paint on most of them. The carpet looked like my 13 year old laid it. What stuck out the most was the rude and not helpful lady who checked me in. She would not except my LQ number and wouldn't even entertain me telling it to her. She kept saying they have a new management company that wouldn't let her except it. I informed her that I have been staying at LQ for 6+ years and this has never happened, she kept referring to the new management company that just took over wouldn't let her do it. I was put in room 217, it smelled like an ashtray, literally! I went back down to the front desk. A man was in front of me trying to check in with a Company Credit card with the Company name on it. She wouldn't check him in stating that his personal name was not on the company CC that their new management company wouldn't let her accept that. This lady was obviously using this as an excuse to not do her job. I eventually got moved to room 317. The beds were comfy and the grounds were nice. The lady the next day was more than helpful and I was able to get my LQ points applied.

larrycT8929UKon 16/07/2017 15:51I'm an Elite member and satisfied overall with this Hotel but would not rate it at top of LaQuinta Hotels which I have found to be excellent. They are normally exceptional and accomadating. Dealt with a little Front Desk attitude at this location No big deal

TaylorAnneListon 14/07/2017 20:31We got there 15 minutes before 'check-in' and were told to wait. We made reservations online and said we had a pet with us. Finally got checked in, then the receptionist got onto us for not telling her we had a pet. Then we finally got the keys and went to the room and were surprised with someone else staying in there... We went back to the lobby, got a new room, and we were told not to let the pet on the bed.. uh what? The room was disgusting. Hair (not from someone's head) was all over the bathroom. It looked like someone left some of their number 2 on the seat. The tub was dirty. Found some other hair (from someone's head) in the bed. Absolutely disgusting.
good place to stay
Steve Hon 03/07/2017 15:07the staff were very friendly any time we spoke with them. the hotel was quiet but that usually depends alot on the guests. the room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was good - love the waffles.
Not my best hotel
baremingon 23/06/2017 20:36I frequent LQ because they are dog friendly and I often travel with my little dog. I've never had a problem with this hotel. The room had such an overwhelming animal urine smell it was awful! We bought fabreeze but it didn't help much. It appeared clean but stunk to high heaven. The evening front desk lady was helpful and nice. Great customer service skills! Morning front desk- not so much. I asked for my receipt and she said I received one at check in(which I didn't) she clearly didn't want to do it or didn't know how because she printed off 25 or so pages to give the the last page for my receipt. Hot breakfast is a faaaaarr stretch. Stale bagels, muffins, sausage patties in a pan of water (????? why???) and a pan of what appeared to be gravy. Coffee is instant. Room coffee is bad so just skip the breakfast room and go across the street to McDonalds or Waffle House.
