Ok for the price

I guess i got a discount form the company and i stayed there for a week, the staff is very nice and helpful and the rooms are good enough so is the air conditioning system, the wifi is ok as well.

The bathrooms are a bit small and a bit old.

The road near the hotel is very crowded during day time.

Overall it was a good experience.

Two nights
Free breakfast ok- could improve on the juice and variety but then when in Pakistan just do what they do so whatever
Nice comfortable bed with slippers
Could give a bit more towel
Staff nice with great security at the front
We stayed in 304 which faces a street and old building- quiet
Staff waited for me as I returned back to my hotel late in the night
All is fine except for one thing: I do not appreciate the night staff knocking on my door at 2am and calling out Ma'am- Ma'am. I opened the door and he just stared at me and pointed at my door. Um? what is going on? 2am- do not knock on my door and let me rest. He was also cleaning the plates left behind from the room across of mine and dropped the plates which caused more commotion- so this is the only slight irritation.

great location set between the State Bank and High Court, a 5 minute walk to Mall Road, the Museum, Zoo, Anarkali and other great visiting and eating places. Not up to Best Western International standards but acceptable for those not wanting to live in the hotel but explore the living city.

Well its nowhere near the Best western standard, basically its a local hotel. The people running the hotel, as in the staff, are warm, except that they are unaware or not trained in hospitality of international standard. We chose this hotel, because we have used this chain atleast thrice in the last one year, and always had something good about it. But this place is unlike the best western. First, we asked them to keep the police verification papers ready, atleast two hours before we arrived to pick them up, they were waiting with unfilled papers. Secondly, on the room service, you don't get the basic room utilities like a kettle and supplies unless you ask for it, and then they are not replenished till we complain about it. The same goes for housekeeping too. The good thing about this hotel is that they gave us food based upon our dietary preferences. Whoever is the manager of the hotel, they need to be pulled up for not living up to basic standards of international hospitality. For example, on cleanliness, they don't clean the lobby area near the lift on regular basis, they do it once in a day. The roomservice leftovers are not picked up immediately or on a regular basis, they just lie outside in the corridors of the floors, for more than a couple of hours. These are things that need to be addressed if we are looking at an international hotel, and not just a roadside hotel. I booked on booking.com but there was no coordination with regard to the pricing. The good thing about this hotel is that they gave me an upgrade to an executive suite.

The only reason im rating it as 3 is due to the fact that the hotel building was ok, the rooms were spacious enough with all basic amenities. The worst part is the customer care and services. Obviously i didnt expect out of the way service and was aware which place im going into, but the staff seriously needs to be trained and taught about basics of being in the hospitality services. The food quality is way below basic human consumption requirement. No taste at all , and certainly one can tell they do no serve fresh food. For a city like Lahore, there are plenty of other options available for lodging at relatively higher cost, its worth paying a little more than saving a few and facing such situations
