This BEST WESTERN is ideal for travelers. Just inside the Virginia border and so close to the cross over to Hwy 95 from Hwy 81 it is the perfect place to split the trip south or even the trip north to Canada or New York. Within a block from the Interstate this hotel is reasonable and so friendly to travelers. Attached to a restaurant of Perkins where dinner and next day breakfast is again perfect for the travelers. Totally recommend this hotel .. a 10 + rating from me Terry

We had no heat in room upon checking in...outlet on wall was burnt..unit was unplugged...entire unit had to be replaced while we sat in room and waited (very cold)...receptionist said she could not move us to another room on first floor (which we had requested when making reservations)...this was a Wednesday and I feel sure rooms were available as we arrived early. It is my opinion that we should have been given a room on first and another guest who had not checked in be told no room available on first floor as we were told.
Upon checking out the morning of November 11, the receptionist was very unfriendly to an older guy checking out and to me as well. I never saw her smile. Not a pleasant stay at all.

it is a great hotel to stay at. everything was great. staff did everything to make the stay great. price was reasonable. always look forward to staying here. would recommend anything for this particular location.

As a last minute need for a room I quickly selected Best Western because of price. The hotel should be considered a motel not a hotel. The rooms are outside. Check in was great and the staff was very friendly. However I would say our room was average. The pillows were big fat and super super fluffy. The cleanliness was average. One pillow case had multiple stains. The biggest issue was the room we stayed in had an adjoining door for the room next to us. It was horrible. When they got into their room it seriously sounded like they were in our room. After an hour I called the front desk which I couldn’t get them to answer from the room phone and had to call on my cell phone. The front desk person could hear them as well. They said they would call. After ten minutes went by and nothing changed I had to call back. The staff finally went and knocked on their door. I do appreciate the staff helping because they probably would of continued. There is no breakfast. There is a restaurant but it’s expensive and the coupon they give you for $2.50 is pretty useless. We ended up going to iHop which is about a mile down the road. I personally would not stay here again.

Very close to Rt 81 in Winchester, VA. There is a Perkins restaurant right there, and so I could just walk to it, with my coupon that reception gave me, and have both dinner and breakfast. There wasn't much on TV, but not the hotel's fault :). The Wifi was excellent, the bed was large, with a variety of pillows and I slept like a log.
