Clean but used. Limited area resturants
Gary Ton 30/07/2017 04:01room was clean and parking close. Some fixtures were will used, but all functioned. Very limited places to eat close. Breakfast was well supplied, limited space in breakfast area if hotel if very busy. Staff friendly and attentive.

Margaret Mon 29/07/2017 01:04We checked in very late at night as we were passing through Ark. The first red flag should have been that the front door was locked & there was a bullet proof glass window that you had to use for check in. The young lady at the window was very sweet. It was about 11:30pm & we were exhausted!!!! There were shady looking characters in the room directly below ours, and there were many in the room. We suspected that this Best Western may have been a monthly rental unit....??? There were cars coming & going. We suspected also of a devious nature. Strange, as there is a police station very close. Once in the room, it appeared neat until we opened the refrigerator & found someone else's food. We then opened the microwave & also a plate of food sat waiting to be cooked. We quickly checked out. Once again the attendant was lovely. I fear for her that she works in this particular location & would never EVER advise anyone to stay here!!!!

Kellie Eon 27/07/2017 01:54The locale needs attention & updated. The location off I30 interstate is great, but the hotel needs to be more inviting and modern. I won't recommend hotel to family or friends at this point; however, with updates I would reconsider.

Mario Mon 23/07/2017 14:47Very nice helpful staff. (A desk clerk left the office to come to our room to get the TV working!) The facility was clean, the room comfortable, and breakfast was quite good, especially compared to many chain offerings.
