Dan Con 21/08/2017 21:23Last minute booking. Bit disappointing. Top floor room shares a terrace with a dozen other rooms whose guests can and do overlook you and smoke outside your terrace door which needs to be open in summer due no AC. Tbh having window open is a desperate measure anyway as the noise from the main railway line directly below and in front of the hotel is WAY TOO LOUD.
On reflection this should really be a two star review and the hotel should really be three star not four.

Pastalion 10/08/2017 06:26Hotel at 5 minutes walk from train station. Hotel is in center of city in front of Tivoli.You can walk or take transportation to everywhere. very clean rooms with coffee maker,tv, sofa. Nice staff,they all speak English.Just breakfast maybe expensive for what you get.

klcl4101on 06/08/2017 21:47We picked two adults and one adult child in a room at a reasonable rate period one of the beds was a pulled out from the couch. They had already prepared the bed for us at checking in time so we went up to the room. The bed being made up left very little foot space in the room period without that third person the room would have been fairly decent size and comfortable period the bathroom was however small and as the room was on a lower floor persons using the tennis courts or Lounge Outdoors were absolutely AA with our rooms requiring we shut the blackout curtains constantly .
And this is where the different came in.......
My sister inadvertently did not use a transformer converter plug and blew the electric circuit in the room. This left both of the adults who had just climbed out of the shower in Pitch blackness and soaking wet. I tried a couple of times to reset the circiut with no luck and reception desk said all maintenence staff gone as it was after midnight. In middle of the night we had to gather some stuff immediately necessary and relocate to another room.
Very nice suite, done without a blink.
Will def recommend hotel.

sigarnarjunkon 30/07/2017 21:16We ordered a Family suite for 4 people. It was big and very convenient for us two and our boys. The room was carefully cleaned every day, always new cold water in the refrigerator and some nuts. We were a bit careless and forgot our camera in the hobby room where it disappeared. The staff was very helpful and managed with help of hotel security cameras find who took the camera and helped us to get it back, fantastic service and big thanks you the Mercur hotel personnel. :)

Marilena Mon 24/07/2017 11:00Nice and comfartable hotel. Clean rooms, really quite. Friendly people really good for business or vacation and totally fine for family. Large breakfast buffet. Distraction free environment. Definitely a place to stay while in Copenhagen.
