Extremely accommodating!

From the beginning to the end, everything was great! Staff was very friendly and Rick went out of his way to make sure out stay was perfect! Extremely accommodating and the complimentary breakfast was amazing, with eggs, sausage and waffles among many others. Very pleased and will be coming back again!

Our stay here was very good. The price was excellent especially compared to other lodging in the area. The hotel manager even called me that afternoon to confirm our arrival. The clerk was friendly and informative. Room was spacious and clean with a microwave and refrigerator. The linens were crisp and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing as they were out of hot water so no oatmeal or tea for me. Overall, well worth the reasonable price!

My mistake, they made it right!

I got my calendar mixed up and showed up a day early. Though my reservation was non-refundable, the manager here got me a room at the next door Super 8 at the same rate and cancelled my reservation here without a cancellation fee or penalty. I highly recommend these two hotels. They are managed by good people.

Clean hotel with excellent service

We needed a hotel fast and for an unknown period of time as our home caught fire due to a lightning strike. We were able to get the suite for the entire time. I'm not sure if I'd call it a suite though, but it was sufficient for our family of 4 for a stay of approximately 2-1/2 weeks. Our first night, the shower was not working so they promptly changed our room the next day. We had a king size bed, sofa sleeper, mini frig and microwave. Rooms were clean, free Wi-Fi worked most of the time (it was fine for me checking emails, but if you like to play games like my daughter does, it wasn't as good), never had issues with hot water. Every staff member that we came across was very courteous whether they were front desk staff, cleaning ladies or the gentleman doing maintenance around the hotel. They were always courteous to other guests at the hotel as well. There is a pool, bring your room towel because sometimes there are no towels there (usually there are towels though). Free continental breakfast consisted of cereal, waffles, muffins, scrambled eggs, sausage, some fruit, yogurt and juices.
This is your typical 3 star hotel with 5 star service. Manager Rick went out of his way to make sure that everything was ok. If we had any issues - it was fixed right away. The cleaning ladies do not speak much English but they are really nice. If you need to exchange something or add another towel or 2....just show them what you are needing and they will understand and get it for you immediately.
Hotel is right near the highway next to Culvers. There is also a burrito place across the street, Schoop's Burgers, Burger King and a truck stop with restaurant so plenty of options to eat. This hotel is about 30 minutes or so outside of Chicago and I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Keep in mind that this is an older hotel and needs a bit of updating - but it's clean with excellent service and that's all I ask for. By the way - it's now called Quality Inn.

A comfortable stay

For the price of this hotel, it is a very good value. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast (cereal,
oatmeal, eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, coffee and juice) is filling and healthy. On top of it. the staff is very friendly.
