You'd think spending almost double the cost of cheapest place in town, one might receive a clean room and professional staff. Don't let this dump fool you. Housekeeping telling clerk NOT to check people into dirty rooms when I arrived - isn't that step one? Front desk told me to wait while they figured out where to "stick people". Below zero customer service skills. Booked king bed, was provided two doubles with a contradictory double excuse of online website overbooking and construction workers didn't leave. Guess those guys needed the king size bed I reserved days in advance - same price as a double, the lame manager will point out. Didn't even have the decency to tell my fiance and I up front that we weren't getting what we reserved. Sent to room, only to come back to desk to ask them about it in front of another couple checking in. Embarrassing. Rooms absolutely disgusting, sticky floors (walked on towels laid out on floor), old pizza sauce all over fridge door, right next to "Rate Our Cleanliness" survey. Pieces of broken locks still half attached to doors. Toilet barely flushed. No king bed needed here, too disgusting to think about sleep or anything else remotely fun or enjoyable. Mildew on wall next to heater, 1/8" hole in wall next to it - straight to daylight outside. LOUD BAR IN MOTEL CLOSES AT 2AM, LOUD music, loud drunks, wreaks within 50 feet of stale nasty smoke, stinking up hall of lobby. Comp breakfast is a sad joke, powdered eggs. BOOK EARLY! Book elsewhere!

Went to have lunch and the manager had 1 person being a waitress and working the bar on other side of building and 1 cook, then all of them including manager was cussing at each other, very loud this was a sunday afternoon. Took forever to get food and found out it was leftovers from 2 days ago. Will not be going back.

The hotel had ceiling tiles missing. The Gym rom is very bad. The bathroom has mold in the Shower and the toilet tank cover was broken. The parking lot is large but hard to find some shade. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant id good.

If there was a rating for zero, this would be it. Staff was very friendly. The room was disgusting. Stained bed cover, inches long multiple cobwebs hanging from the ceilings, live spider webs beside the air unit covered in dust, black mold growing under the window beside the a/c, dust, cobwebs in the a/c vents, the corners of the floor and under a/c had not seen a broom or mop in quite a while, the toilet had a red ring inside the bowl, remote was sticky, phone was dead. We specifically asked for housekeeping to come in because of our concerns. Nothing was done except making of the beds and fresh towels.
There was no manager on site, we were told he comes in the evening and stays in the bar. The owner Dr. Sankar has obviously never stepped foot in his hotel rooms. I pray he doesn't treat his patients with such lack of interest.

Not having made adequate preparations we ended up searching for a hotel while traveling through the area/ Turned out that it was the final weekend of WVA state fair and everywhere near where we had planned to stop was booked. Traveled just beyond our comfort range and this was first available accommodation. Was dated but we got what we paid for. Not disappointed, not excited.
