I would highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable, close to restaurants, stores, and gas stations. The most affordable hotel in the immediate area and you will not be disappointed. I will stay each time I am in the area.

Only Hotel In Manchester - Not Bad for the Price

If you're in/around Manchester, KY - this is your place to stay. It's affordable, and provides a AAA discount. We sometimes just randomly need a place to sleep for the night, and they seem to always find a room for us - even if it's last minute. I've found the rooms/beds clean. Noise-wise, this hotel can be a challenge, as sometimes folks gather on the porch/walkway for all night chats. Also, the walls are paper thin - you can hear everything in the next room. The best bet is to request a room on the top floor if it's available to reduce noise. Vending machines are hardly ever stocked, so go to the CVS or IGA across the street to get your drinks and snacks. Love the Huddle House next door - always a nice place to get a meal. The pool is heated and wonderful - my daughter loves it and asks to use it every time we visit. Continental breakfast is usually underwhelming, so plan on getting breakfast elsewhere. If there is more than 1 guest in your room, plan on asking for more shampoo/towels/soap...etc. They only tend to stock enough for one person.

have stayed at this bw 8 times because it is the only one in town while visting my son.each time there were issues with the rooms.cig burns in mattress,roaches,non working toilet,no heat and rude desk clerk.we drive 9 hrs to get there and on a thursday night he said they were full since we didn't have a reservation,he never looked at anything just said no rooms.we never had made reservations before.we drove around the hotel and there was just a few cars there that evening and then drove around it the next morning with lots of empty parking spaces.the male desk clerk made no offer to help us find another hotel.we never complained about the rooms before.we won't stay at bw anymore.

Perfect if you are on a budget!

My son just started Oneida Baptist Institute and when I go to see him for a weekend, this is the place I stay. The price is right and it really isn't all that bad. Only issue we had was no towels in the room. I walked up to the lobby and they gave me some.

If you are a AAA member, the rate is even cheaper!

Great hotel nice n clean, great staff nice n friendly people. Great breakfast on wkends but not during the wk that's the only flaw I had about this hotel. Has a indoor pool nice n clean also. Will visit again and great price for rooms, this isn't the first time we have stayed here have stayed several times n will always go back as long as it's open. Beds r comfy could have better pillows but I always pack my own.... Nice size rooms n bathrooms very good house keeping also.
