Very satisfying stay
N8772JKpeteroon 11/07/2017 16:55Hotel was very clean and comfortable, pool and hot tub were very good, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. This BW was also a bit cheaper than some others resulting in very good value. We would definitely stay here again.
Nice BW Hotel in Salem
201hildacon 10/07/2017 15:44Nice hotel staff. Rates are reasonable.Breakfast doesn't have plenty of choices but is good with that price. Rooms are spacious. Close to down town with lots of restaurants. Nice location. Bed are comfortable.
Impolite Front Desk
652sheridon 10/07/2017 12:12There were large black ants in the room from the first night through the entire stay. I spoke with the front desk daily about it, they were very rude & never even said they were sorry for the inconvenience.
Great hotel for people traveling with dogs
Jazz-Mollyon 10/07/2017 01:55The rooms have enough space for two large dog beds, the dog area is nicer than other hotels we have stayed at. Easy access on/off the freeway at the North end of Salem. Breakfast had more choices than other Best Westerns we stayed at on this road trip.
Got my money's worth
139jaymeehon 08/07/2017 23:29It was a good place to sleep for the night and refresh. The breakfast was lacking, but free so I can't complain too much. The pool was nice and we all enjoyed the hot tub. There was some dirt on the wall in the shower that should have been cleaned after the last guests. The sheets appeared clean and the bed was comfortable.
