What People are saying

Fair room for a fair price

Perfectly located directly at the beach. Not a 4 star rating worth. Friendly staff and a clean rather well equiped room. We did the booking on internet (via hotelkamerveiling) and paid for a standard room €40,- a night.

Lovely food and friendly staff

Last week a group of Senior Citizens stayed in the Palace Hotel for seven nights. We were very happy with the rooms, the food and the staff. It is in a lovely area and the beach was just across the road. We especially enjoyed our excellent breakfasts and our great staff especially Annette who was so helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a quite and relaxing time.

2 Restaurants give great variety

Im back to this hotel again for another visit...and they have changed more things since the last visit. The hotel has 2 Restaurants a European dished and a Sushi one (Zizo). The Zizo sushi lounge is packed most evenings out the door with 2 qualified chefs on duty its open i think 6 days a week. .....also what i call the traditional european restraurant they have also produces quality food and friendly service but offers more variety than European dishes to be honest and has a large selection of beers and wines with Ahab at the Chef at the wheel. He has added another layer of food to his breakfast menu that has me rolling out of the place in the morning!!! I highly recommend the breakfast here and the food in general.

No problems

Weekend stay at Palace hotel for local event. Managed to check in at 2pm on the Friday. Room fine. Clean and spacious.

Twin room but beds were very close together.

Hotel always clean. Breakfast plentiful and staff were always polite and helpful.

Some what of a con !!

After viewing the several large signs saying it was a 'Hotel' with the great majority of rooms having balconies, choose not to stay there. Fortunately asking to view the room first, found the interior corridors, rooms and lift more in keeping with some Russian sink estate high rise block and totally different to the plush and luxurious decor of the reception area. The room given was clean but had no balcony or veranda. On asking I specifically wanted a balcony was told the balconies were privately owned suites. My comment that there several large signs stating it was a Hotel some what went over the receptionist's head.
