Very polite & helpful staff
Harry Ron 22/04/2017 09:28Stayed here for a week. The hotel staff were very polite & helpful. The restaurant served an extensive menu that apart from 1 meal (chicken undercooked but then ok) was very good and portion size was large.
The room was clean and of a good size.
All in all an enjoyable stay. Merci.
A quite new Best Western Hotel in France
Evangelos Kon 15/03/2017 13:05We arrived late in the evening , it was not so easy to find the Hotel, GPS of course helped us.The Hotel looked quite new and we were lucky to get a room without a reservation.
The gentleman in reception was helpful and gave us a room in the 1st floor however to get the lift to go to our room we had to go some steps down.
The room was quite big with modern architecture with a dinning room and full kitchen. WC was separate from the bathroom in the other side of the room , we also find strange that bathroom it did not have a door to close it but a modern kind of curtain not so practical really,
The Master bed was of a Kings size and mattresses quite good and comfortable too. Sofa bed because we were a family of 3 adults was not comfortable at all. There was also a balcony that we could see the mountain covered by snow in the background.
As we were late ,we were lucky to catch the dinner hours. Dinner was just OK nothing worth mentioning. Our waiter however was very friendly and soft spoken. As Breakfast was not complimentary we decided not to get it. Hotel rate and dinner was reasonably priced and parking was complimentary and secured
Overall a good night sleep but not for the youngest member of the family. They also told us that their computer system was out of order so they sent our invoice by email.
correct hotel
peter von 29/01/2017 17:59was there for the SIRHA show in Lyon, had to drive 75 km to Voiron, but this took me less time than driving to the center of Lyon, and the price I paid for the room was much cheaper than Lyon. Hotel correct, clean room, restaurant ok, basic breakfast

januzaon 28/08/2016 14:10Stayed for 1 day. Very quiet place. Got my reservation messed up but they fixed it. Rooms are okay. Nothing fancy but acceptable. Area is quiet nice with beautiful views near by.
Good internet connection and room is clean. Coffee machine however was very dusty !

The staff was exceptionally helpful and hospitable. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Would highly recommend it!
