This hotel was terrible, there was activity in the parking area that was sketchy. I decided not to stay there for my own safety and the manager refused to give me my money back. I did not stay there I found another hotel. I complained with the main office and they refused to refund my money also. They referred it right back to the manager that refused to refund my money in the first place.

Nice, clean and comfortable room on the 2nd floor. Received assistance getting my luggage up to my room and again down to my vehicle on day of checkout. Nice location with plenty of places to eat nearby.

Last minute... The Young Lady at The Front Desk was very Helpful and Friendly.😊

Pros: Comfortable Bed Clean Room

Cons: Trouble closing the Bathroom door because the toilet was to large. And the water 💦 would not drain during your shower.

Breakfast 🍳 was Ok.

Roach Motel

I have stayed at this hotel previously over the years with no issues. Check-in was great. However, there were roaches in the room and I absolutely hate roaches. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location even if I have to pay more for comfort.

Days Inn and Suites in Warner Robins, GA was a beautiful sight for this stressed and exhausted person. I live in Central Florida and my car was in a body shop in Atlanta, GA. On my way back home with the fixed car, it broke down in the small town of Elko, Ga. The two company towed me to Warner Robins. It was a Friday evening, thus all business I needed to contact were closed for the weekend. The tow truck company's receptionist recommended this hotel to me and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and welcoming. It has a table and office chair for any official business a traveler may need to do while there. In the lobby they offer a computer and fax machine. They have a self-laundry service. There are numerous top rated businesses within close walking distance from the hotel. I called at the last minute asking if they had a room and I was welcomed with a warm 'yes' and immediately booked. When I arrived within the next couple of hours, this same receptionist warmly welcomed me. I would stay at this hotel again when I'm in the area.
