I don't know why this BW is a "plus" one, perhaps the pool... but it's deeply a "minus" for : the cleaning of the room (after a gentle reminder to the front office the floor of my room stay as dirty as before) ; no safety box ; no bar neither restaurant and a very small breakfast room (forecast a stand up) ; noisy (room to room and walk from the upper floor) ; no or very bad Wi-Fi in the rooms. It's a basic hotel, too expensive.

Rude staff, beat up rooms

We came in for two nights. We were assigned room #108. The room was clean, however the sofa had a large tear in the cushion. The vinyl plank flooring was also bubbling up near the AC. The place seems to be newly remodeled, but this room was beat up. Not worth over $200 a night. The pool did not have any towels, with a huge crowd present. It was VERY loud at night.

Breakfast is great but they warn you if you're not there at 6 am, good luck. We got there early, thankfully. Breakfast staff was very friendly and took good care of everyone.

On our middle day, we left by 6:30 am and returned from a tour about 1:30. Our room had not been cleaned yet (no problem as we were just changing quick to swim). Housekeeping knocked on the door. I opened the door, no hello, no greeting, just a female employee standing there with a disgusted look on her face. We asked for a few minutes to change quickly. She still said nothing, rolled her eyes as she walked off and said "oh my God" under her breath. Incredibly unprofessional. We let the front desk more. They didn't care much.

Based on the condition of the room, price and attitude of staff, we will pass on this one if we are here again.

A nice place before visiting Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend

This is a nice hotel, it has a very nice pool, with beds to relax, and a nice jacuzzi.
The wify is very slow, the staff is very friendly, fast check in and faster check out.
The included breakfast is very good, hot and cold, sweet and salty, it has an automatic pancake machine, never saw it before, they are actually quite good.
The room is very big, very confortable beds.
I advice you to book Antelope Canyon, as tours get booked, and end at 4pm I think.
Antelope Canyon is totally worth the Trump from Spain, one of the most amazing places in the world, also Horshoe Bend, watch out for winds that can push you too close to the edge, you don't want to fall.
The road from Page to Monument Valley is gorgeous.
Page is incredible, glad we stoped by, wished we'd stay more!! Plenty of restaurants, gas station and Lake Powell very close to the hotel.

Colorado Springs Senior Games day 5

Day 5 of the Colorado Springs trip we stayed in Lake Powell, AZ. Everyone that travels and have not been to Lake Powell should do so, at leased once, I have done my "once". There are a huge selection of properties to stay at but being dedicated to Best Western I always just there. There are two Best Western properties one with a lake view and one without and this is where we stayed. It is a very nice property with large rooms, nice pool, and a great breakfast eating area. But this is a very busy hotel with a lot of bus tours. So be prepared for people everywhere. With that number of properties in town there is also a large assortment of restaurants. We found a great place just across the street toward the lake. Great food and great service and just a few steps from the hotel.

It really deserves a plus

This was a great place to stay in Page. The hotel is clean and quiet and in a great location. I even had a view of the lake from my room, which I wasn't expecting. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my stay in Page.
