First time to America

This is my first time use TripAdvisor, and first I travel to America with my best friend. I stayed at this hotel for two nights. First night I had a two queen beds room face the city. I really want have a lake view room, because my friend and me wants have perfect trip. I know there will be more money for have a room face to lake. After speak to Vanessa, she told me they sold out the room on the first night. But, she change my room for second day for free. She was very patients with my English.
Next morning, before I go to San Francisco with my friend. I found out Laurence speak same language with me, I was so happy. He helped me move my suit cases, and print out the direction for me.
Thank you Vanessa and Laurence. I had a good time at hotel.

Great customer service

Laurence Mu was a HUGE help last night. I had to coordinate my reservation/arrival with the corporate service line since I was traveling on points. The phone operator was not a big help and messed up my reservation. Laurence was sitting at the front desk when I walked in and walked me through to get everything straightened out. I really appreciate your help Laurence, and I whole heartedly recommend his customer service and this beautiful hotel. Thanks and happy traveling.

A step up

Stopped in for four nights at this nice hotel across the bay from San Fransisco. It's a good economical alternative to the overprice city accommodation if you traveling with family. Good clean spacious rooms, excellent bathrooms including a separate toilet. Breakfast is the standard complimentary fare, but these guys go that one step further with fresh donuts and pastries and bottled juices with fresh fruit. The brew point even has a cappachino machine. It was great fun to eat brekky and watch the security guard at the front desk slip in and out of consciousness.

Beautiful view from room but a half a block away very large homeless camp. There was not food within walking distance due to the safety and freeways. The front desk staff was incredibly rude during the day! Night staff friendly and helpful. The manager was very condescending in his response to concerns. They resurfaced the parking lot during our stay without putting notes in the rooms of guest who had been there for a day or two already.

We stayed for 8 nights for a business trip. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy, the showers divine. The lot could use more parking, if you get there after 9 pm it can be a challenge. The continental breakfast is yummy and Gabby went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast experience was wonderful.
