keepingwarmon 12/07/2017 00:50Value and location superb- location central to Freeport-Brunswick- boothbay- popham beach. Love this hotel and it's location. Go to bath and Popham beach. Go to Freeport to shop- go to Boothbay for the Botanical Garden.
There was hair on the pillow cases and stains on the towels
H709FWrogerkon 10/07/2017 15:32When my wife and I checked in to our hotel room, we were astounded to find that there was hair on the shower walls, stains on the towels, and eventually we discovered that there was hair on the pillowcases as well. When we told the front desk staff about the hairy pillow cases, they brought us new sheets and we had to change all of the pillow cases and sheets ourselves. I've honestly never had an experience even close to this ever...especially for a room that initially cost me $180.
34 night stay

I would and did recommend the hotel to my niece and she was also pleased. I like the fact that they are pet friendly and treat them as part of the family. Sincerely, Brenda
Great Value
Statburkeon 03/07/2017 16:42My family I and use Best Western's quite a bit. For the most part you know what you are getting for the money and that predictability is valuable to us. Breakfast was the standard fare, but good quality. Room was clean. We did have two issues though. 1) The quality of the sofa bed was below a usable threshold. The family member end up just sleeping on the couch, which was not ideal, but our only option. 2) The internet went down for the two nights we were there. Which is what it is, things happen. The complaint was that we were not informed of it until checkout, after we had asked why we had intermittent signal all night. Overall a very good stay with minor issues that should have been easy to remedy, or inform us about.

The Wi-Fi worked really well and the breakfast buffet had a bunch of nice options like bacon and eggs, waffles, cereal, juice, fruit. The tv was up to date and we had an adjustable shower rod in the bathroom. Very convient.
