90o, window open, no a/c on !!!!
NotABuckeyeon 05/08/2017 02:43Arrived here about 8 30 - 9 PM after a long drive. Windows in hotel hallways open, no hallway a/c. Opened room door, window open, a/c OFF. Was apx 90o outside and about that warm in room. Took several hours with HIGH fan and temp cranked down to get the room bearable. Sort of a 3 level split, seemed to be stairs to go anywhere. Vending machines at far end of hallway. Tried 2 different floors, neither machine would take $1 bills. Went to lobby, lady said sometimes they want quarters. Told her all I wanted was cold water, which she provided. I also mentioned the open window and no a/c and how hot the room was. No response. I'll never stay here again.
They had to know which room we were going to since we had a reservation, why didn't they close window and turn on a/c ?

kirkhams2017on 31/07/2017 17:05We wanted to reserve two nights using points. We delt with three individuals and paid an additional $45. The nights were three days apart. When we arrived the first night we realized the reservation was for a different date therefore no available room. We had to go to another motel.
Great stay in a great hotel with great staff
rstarrideron 25/07/2017 16:23I spent 4 nights at this Best Western and could not be happier with the staff, the property and the location. In addition it was a great value. The rooms were VERY nicely appointed and the staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. To top it off where is great dining within walking distance. Would stay here for sure next time I am in the area.

M163OEkareneon 24/07/2017 13:32Enjoyed this stay. Bed comfortable and plenty of blankets. 24 hour hot chocolate, usually only coffee offered at most hotels. Wonderful breakfast from 6 am to 10 am. Full size donuts, fruit and hot meat and eggs. Made us hot chocolate chip cookies in the evenings.
Mini Vacation
Lesa Von 21/07/2017 18:03Although we only spent a few hours at the Cottontree Inn, the room and staff were so nice it felt like a little mini vacation. It was a great night. I wish I had paid more attention to the young ladies name that assisted me at check in. She was so helpful and sweet. I noticed several other customers came by and said hello as if they were seeing a friend. These are the things I notice and am impressed by. I travek to the Salt Lake Valley quite often and will be staying at the Best Western Cottontree in each time I do so. Keep up the good work.
