friendly greeting staff, extraordinary gorgeous breakfast - fresh - clean
only at checkout (one day earlyier than booked) still the clerk could have been able to smile and wish a good trip. will stay here again at every wels trip !
Partly refurbished, but struggling with service

Marble bath too small ...few or no amenities. Free cocktail turned out to be a warm small sparkling wine... Ice bucket for flower arrangement too small - fell over twice and flooded the carpet. Staff appear helpless or poorly trained. Taxi took over 35 min. - we nearly missed our table reservation in town...
A Good Hotel
brendanfmson 06/05/2017 07:42A good hotel for business trip. Rooms a bit basic but a big plus they have a bath tub. The major plus is the great Austrian Breakfast with excellent selection of cheeses, cold meats and self squeeze fresh orange juicer. Location in City so good for Train Station and Shops.
Nice hotel in the center of Wels
yiannisEm72on 29/12/2016 15:16The horel is in the center of Wels and you can go everywhere by foot. The hotel have nice rooms , clean and the breakfast is very nice.
The staff was very helpful and ready to advise you for anything you want.
I will stay again in that hotel!

Rob Mon 27/12/2016 20:30This place is always good. The breakfast buffet has an amazing amount of choices. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The hotel is centrally located with easy parking. Price is good. They gym is also pretty good. You won't be disappointed.
