I took my wife here for a surprise birthday celebration. Everything was great. We stayed in the 1 bed condo which was amazing. It has a full kitchen, washer dryer, and even an extra jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. You could definitely plan ahead and have a few groups of people stay in the room if you want to keep costs down. For us it was a perfect weekend. The staff everywhere, especially at the games room, treated us like royalty and really made our stay extra special. We will definitely be back. There is so much to at the resort, even though the weather was perfect and we spent a lot of our time walking around the town.

Nice location (~1/2 mike from downtown) & actually a huge, rambling facility- lots of rooms & amenities. The front desk staff are efficient & helpful. The pets are greeted with treat bags - very friendly! The slight negatives: the soundproofing isn’t great, so noisy guests in the halls or other rooms are not muffled. The price per stay seems a bit high for the quality of the facilities, but I’m pretty sure this is normal as the hotel was sold out. Finally on the plus side: the complimentary breakfast is fresh and good & the staff are super nice. I’m planning to return without pets and get a top floor room!

This resort is just on the edge of Leavenworth. The staff is friendly and tries their best to be helpful and accommodating. The restaurant next to the lobby was delicious for dinner. I could tell the chef took his time preparing the meal. There were four of us and we each ordered something different. We were all happy with our meals.
The next time I stay, I will ask not to be on the pet floor/pet wing. I had no idea we had chosen rooms on the first floor that catered to pets. So make sure you ask. We had dogs on either side of us. The pet owners tried their best to keep them quiet, but occasionally there would be barking, some barking in the middle of the night. Our room was comfy, cozy and clean. We also ate over in the cafe next to the miniature golf. The food was good there too. I guess the only improvement would be to get newer beds, ours was pretty soft in the middle. I know some people prefer soft beds. We would stay here again for sure. The lobby is attractive and inviting.

We didn't find anything that impressed nor disturbed us. Would consider this an average property. Breakfast was good, but only warm not hot. Seemed a little old and dated and although they claim the beds are queen size they seem a little small. The room was fine, no complaints, conveniently located. The alpine spa was a treat. Kudos to Grace who sure knows how to do a deep tissue massage.

An average room in a dated but enjoyable property -you get what you pay for and it was a bargain. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent with a great breakfast buffet-the best breakfast buffet included with a room ever! Unfortunately, although the front desk personnel were efficient at check-in, they were pretty clueless about the town’ attractions-I had to google the visitors center, but Boy was that the right answer. The Chamber of Commerce’s visitor center was a real find and did a great job recommending hikes, restaurants and scenic drives! We spent 5days driving the Cascade Loop- Leavenworth and vicinity was our favorite stop.
The hotel is on a slight slope, so the office, drive-up level is on the second floor. If you are handicapped, do not get a room on the first floor because ,although there is an elevator, you still would have to walk up approximately 6 steps to get to the rooms.
