A Great Hotel
IMBITTNon 21/07/2017 16:57In the past, I booked hotels at Hilton properties since I am now a Hilton Diamond member. However, based on our stay at Best Western Plus hotels, we are now looking for a Best Western to book. The Best Western Plus Mill Creek Inn, Salem, Oregon is one of the best hotels where we have stayed. We received excellent service, and the accommodations are excellent. The staff is very professional and went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful stay at their hotel. The accommodations greatly exceeded our expectation. The room was spacious and well-maintained. We are already planning another trip back to Salem, OR and will definitely stay at this hotel.
Fantastic Customer Service

Before we knew it we had all of the information we needed to run some errands and take some leisure time. We didn't even have to Google anything. The awesome guy at the front desk (I'm SO sorry I can't remember his name!) provided us with directions and restaurant locations. The room was very comfortable. The pool was nice and there was a very large hot tub. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The price was in my opinion more than fair. My husband and I had nothing at all negative to say about our stay.
Very Welcome Stop On the Way Home
briancP7422AZon 18/07/2017 17:56We were given an upgraded room instead of the room that we originally booked. The extra space and comfort was very welcome after a very long drive. Everything was very clean. The room had everything that we could ask for and had amenities that you seldom see any more. (granite countertops, ironing boards, real glasses with covers, reclining loveseat, desk, table with chairs, incredibly comfortable bed, easy to figure out and quiet air conditioning,) The indoor pool was very nice and towels were available for the asking at the front desk on the way in. Despite being right off of I-5 there was no traffic noise. This will be our go to stop on future trips south.

pillrose4on 18/07/2017 00:32I thought this hotel was great. From the time we checked into the time we left it was great. The service was top notch, John and Monica went above and beyond to make our stay nice. The room was clean and comfortable. I will be booking with them again.
Weekend in Oregon
Tom Peg Gon 17/07/2017 18:23Nice place, nice room. The pool and hot tub were clean and we enjoyed the extended hours compared to other hotels. A little pricey but we will be back. We also liked the free breakfast at the nearby Denny's. NOTE: Some TV channels are not family-friendly (TV-Mature at a minimum!!)
