Comfortable

My husband I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are a little outdated but they were clean and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant had great food,and the bar was well stocked. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We are definitely going back!

A pleasant stay, very good guest experience

This hotel offers a good opportunity to relax and enjoy their very good service. Very good food available for breakfast and dinner. Clean rooms and good beds makes this hotel a great find! Easy access from main highways, centrally located to other businesses and shopping areas.

Simple & Clean...but not exactly "Plus"

This Best Western Hotel was simple and clean. The rooms were somewhat noisy and I could hear my neighbors. The bathroom was also clean but very small with no counter space. I was on a business trip and did not expect much to begin with other than having a clean room, so overall I was pleased.

They lost a loyal customer

It i impossible to sleep if you room is over the party salon. the party were over until 5 am, i know that because the allow them to increased the volume until they woke up everybody.the breakfast was included, they offer chilaquiles at the buffet those comes with sour cream, onions etc., if you ask for more sour cream the waiter will answer is not included. i did not ask if was included, that was his answer. but if you ask for a cup of te they will charge you 20 pesos,unbelievable!.

Average Hotel

I spend 3 nights at this hotel. This is an averge hotel, just to "rest", do not expect anymore about the service.
On my first night, on monday around 9 PM, I heard music loudly. I called the front desk and they said it was Karaoke night, I was surprised about that answer, and they said that in a few minutes will be over. Well, those minutes were not minutes, were hours. Couldn't rest that night.
Early on the morning, around 6:30 AM, I went to the restaurant to eat the breakfast, and they said that I couldn't take breakfast until 7 AM. At 7 AM I must be working. But the next days they offered me to provide a box lunch, I was happy about that solution and I thank the personnel for it.
Beds are not pretty comfortable at all, but are not rocks, so you can have rest if your are tired after a long work day, pillows are small and not comfortable. The carpet was dirty at the room and they use a fragancy for the aisle wich is lemon, but is weird, makes feel gags. They have an small Gym which is OK according to the hotel size.
My check out, took around 35 minutes, and was not correct the information of my invoice. Anyways, they did a compromise to send the invoice to my email within the next hours, but I should call them after few days to get that invoice. Honestly, I would look for more options on my next visit to Piedras Negras. I read reviews on trip advisor saying "is the best", and that´s why choose this hotel. In my opinion, is not the best option based on the service. The rooms are OK, not fancy but are fine, decent to rest. But the service, cleaning, restaurant, front desk could be better and that is the essence of a good Hotel, people service.
