Great Hotel and Staff, very friendly and helpful, everything was nice and clean Outside and Inside the Hotel, Pool area etc. Breakfast had a lot of different choices. Room was clean, along with newer towels. I would defiantly stay again if I was in the area on vacation and recommend to other friends. Hotel was located in a area that was easy to get around in Los Angeles to attractions i.e. Disney, Beaches.

Great room but musty odor

Everything was fine with this hotel except that it had a bad smell in the room. Could be the air conditioner needing a clean filter, but everything was clean in the room. We always bring lysol anyway but it couldn't really cover up the musty smell.

I have always had a great experience at any BW I have stayed at. Staff is always friendly, rooms are always kept nice. Amenities are always top notch. I would recommend BW to anyone who asked me where they should stay.

great place to stay, friendly and helpful staff. Families can have a great time and couples looking for a night away will also find this hotel enjoyable. I've staff by myself for one night and my experience was just as joyful as when I stayed with my fiancée.

Clean and friendly

The rooms were clean, staff Friendly and helpful, wifi a bit slow and beds were comfy just slanted at one side, in our room anyway but this didnt stop us having a good night sleep, location was fine for disney but way out of the way for everything else. Breakfast was ok, but if late down for breakfast its not replenished and so little choice. All in all a good stay, area seems safe and quiet.
