Very clean hotel, staff was great and breakfast was above normal for a free breakfast. Parking lot was full by 1000 PM but they have some space along driveway. It was convenient to I-95 will plenty of places to eat nearby. Great room for the price, I will stay here again if passing thru.

Rules are worthless if not enforced

When doing a road trip we look for a hotel in a quieter area and of course insist on being free from second hand cigarette smoke. This place was promoted that way, but the staff took no effort to assure guests followed their rules. There are signs posted at the front door prohibiting smoking there. So that's where they put the standing ashtrays. As a result, people gathered in that area and puffed away. Every time the automatic doors opened, a cloud of smoke blew in. One woman with two small yapper dogs frequented the area several times during the night. Not only did she pollute the lobby and nearby dining area with cigarette smoke, but her annoying dogs barked constantly throughout her breaks. I complained to the staff about it, but did not see any response or change during my stay. We have discovered several Best Western hotels improving conditions and others content with being another highway sleeping joint. This is not one of the ones improving. $89 wasted, and they didn't even post my stay on my rewards account regardless of my efforts to have that done. I recommend you select another hotel nearby at half the cost. Conditions might not be better, but you won't spend so much to be miserable.

Great value for the cost

I have stayed at this hotel twice. It is well located and easy to reach. Room was spacious and quiet. There is great areas to walk a dog. The breakfast selections were numerous and well stocked. Evening cookies along with salsa and chips were a nice surprise. Will definitely stay here again.

Still a great place to stay near Savannah

We hadn't been to this location for almost 2 years and remembered our previous excellent stays. The hotel has been updated, at least our room was, and was very nicely appointed. Sleeping quarters, a king , was superb and much appreciated after a very long day on road. Arrived at almost 10Pm and our room was waiting for us at the agreed to AARP rate of 99. Very accommodating staff at the breakfast bar kept the food items fresh and well stocked. This hotel continues to provide excellent resting spot off of 95 and I continue to recommend it highly.

Worst Weekend stay

The check in & out staff has Horrible customer service, were not friendly at all. There were Flying Roaches in our room, have a video of the horrible experience. Best Western displayed false advertisement, no fresh baked cookies. Dogs were everywhere in the Hotel. We asked for non smoking rooms, it smelled like Phillip Morris cigarette factory! The worst complaint we have about the Hotel was when we woke up the next morning to find that their white cat had destroyed our motorcycle! The cat tore our motorcycle seats up, cat hair all on our bike, holes everywhere in our seats, scratches on the motorcycle. We advised the clerk who told us, yes they do have a white cat that stays in the front all day. Then she told us they are not liable for damaged property, but she took pictures to show her Manager. She was very rude about the situation. We put a cover on our motorcycle before turning in because of the rain, we expected to have a good experience and a restful stay here at the Best Western which were not the case! I will never stay here or refer this Hotel to anyone! Especially with flying roaches. She advised us that she would have maintenance spray. I have a video of both disasters! I am very upset and disappointed! Then try to be sarcastic and tell us to call the police and have him take a report but he would not be able to arrest a cat. The joke is on you, not funny at all!
