The elevator was out and we were not given a discount on the room, some compensation should have been offered, but they got their money already.....

Not a very good place to stay!! The elevator was out the entire length of our visit. Good thing we didn't have any disabilities to prevent us from walking up and down stairs. The room was a big room, but the bed seemed like it was broke on one side. The A/C worked great! No tissues in the bathroom and the towels were old looking and rough. Won't be staying there!

I have stayed at Days Inn before in different towns. I know they are a nothing fancy hotel, but they have always been clean and a pleasant place to stay. I can't say that about this trip. When we checked in the people working the desk and myself had a language barrier. I had a hard time understanding them and I think they had a hard time understanding me. I came down after we checked in to see if they had a little carton of milk for my son and it took quite a bit for the man to understand what I was asking. The room setup was fine, but the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well and the room always felt a little stuffy. The TV was pretty small and it din't work right all the time. I think it was the cab;e box, because they were having trouble with the TV in the breakfast area also. The bathroom needed some work I thought. I'm really not very picky but I the bottom of the shower curtain was black with mildew and I kept finding dead crickets. I took the kids down to the pool one evening and they had a sign saying the hot tub was broken and it was. The water in the hot tub looked nasty. I don't know what was up with that. The pool was also very cold which surprised me for an indoor pool. Breakfast was really basic. Cereal and a waffle maker were the main thing basically. We won't be staying here again.

Our stay was great, from the friendly reception at check-in, a comfortable bed, clean room, great breakfast and a warm thanks at check-out.

Great value! Super Wi-Fi, very clean, extremely friendly staff. Convenient location on and off freeway, but could hear a bit of freeway traffic. No-frills breakfast was all we needed. Will stay here again in the future!
