Another Awesome Stay !
LaurenRebekah80on 05/08/2017 15:16This is my 4th time staying at this hotel while I'm in Savannah and I am always very happy with my stay !My check in was smooth when I arrived at 9 pm and I was able to choose the room I wanted , which I was super happy with ! My room was in mint condition and was very nice and modern ! Eddie checked me in the night I arrived and I love his personality and how nice and professional he is ! All the staff are very nice and helpful . We slept well in our comfortable beds and had a nice quiet stay for 5 nights. Breakfast was by far the best , we appreciated all the wonderful choices we had to choose from and everything was hot and breakfast area was neat and set up well . Housekeeping on the 3rd floor took very good care of my room each and every day and stocked my room with towels and everything we needed for our stay . Housekeeping did a wonderful job and they were very nice ! Overall , our stay was wonderful and we will be back again when we visit Savannah in a few more months. I highly recommend this hotel as your 1st choice when looking for a hotel in the area . You won't be disappointed.
Clean room, comfortable bed
Cary Kon 04/08/2017 21:58We just stayed there 2 nights. The room seemed exceptionally clean, with a subtle "clean and fresh" fragrance. The beds were comfy/cozy. Even my 76 year old mom who typically does not sleep well said that she had a great night sleep both nights. The breakfast was good by the standards of a continental breakfast in this price category. The indoor pool was closed while we were there... and we were told we could go to their sister property next door and use the outdoor pool. That was a little disappointing since we were expecting that amenity. Also, the room phone did not work. We notified them of this the first night and it was supposed to be fixed the next day but it wasn't. I had to call the front office from my cell phone several times to ask for sheets for the pull-out. The reception was so bad that we had to go to the lobby to make the request. The front desk personnel was "okay".... bare minimum effort and service from several different people. I would stay here again just because the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Ian Ton 28/07/2017 00:08I was in Pooler visiting the mighty 8th museum and Savannah and needed an inexpensive place to stay. The BW fit the bill, next door to the museum and 15 minutes from Savannah. Nice clean and large room with sofa. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel provides cooked breakfast, albeit fairly basic. For $70 a night, a pretty good deal.
Nice, clean room & bathroom. Great bed with wonderful sheets. Pleasant hotel staff.
DASHXAon 27/07/2017 22:34I only spent one night but everyone was really pleasant to me--from the front desk woman, the cleaning staff lady, the maintenance men to the sweet reservationist on the phone. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi. I would stay here again in the future.

bfamily122on 24/07/2017 13:38Room was clean and I like the remotes being cleaned for each guest. The room was a suite with sofa bed and the beds were clean and comfortable. I would like to see more promotions for this hotel but we got a great group rate because of the reunion.
