William Mon 14/08/2017 11:08Excellent staff, location, and breakfast. Fuel, store, Walgreens, and restaurants all within the same parking lot. I-80 W within a 100 yds. Facilities are excellent and the rooms are nicely appointed!

Doreen Qon 13/08/2017 18:45Thank you to this awesome staff!! Everyone very friendly and caring. rooms were very clean and grounds well kept! Got in very late at night with children and was checked in with great speed. My boys really loved the pool too!
entrance is easy to miss
solerpoweredon 12/08/2017 21:28This was a good stay, nice large room, included a small refrigerator. The elevators are small and there is often a wait, and the luggage carts barely fit in. Breakfast was good, but some attention to detail was missing, the orange juice machine wasn't working. The entrance to the parking lot is easy to miss, kind of an odd "front entrance".

173nicholaskon 09/08/2017 17:37After price line screwing us on the Red Roof we left Red Roof because of bugs and unclean rooms. Price line not refunding our money after the Red Roof refunded them. We on our own went to the Best Western St. Charles Elshaun was great he helped us find a room for the night got a great rate and got 2 room suite the next day breakfast was good I wish they had a hot tub but the inside pool was nice a lot of stores in walking distance including the Amerstar Casino. Stay there anytime

deancO8484MCon 08/08/2017 13:03Friendly and sharp staff. Nice clean room with good internet and TV. Also, the complimentary breakfast made a good start to our day. Good experience. We would stay there again. We were impressed with the young man who checked us in. Good attitude and good at his job.
