Excellent hotel
363brandeepon 25/06/2017 02:19I loved this hotel. We will definitely stay here again. Easy to get to, beautiful rooms, pool was great, staff were nice and helpful. Nice town easy access to everything. Nice having Applebee's right next door.

garry1958on 19/06/2017 21:152nd visit to this hotel. Rooms are clean, location is good for shops and restaurants. Front staff could use a bit of help learning how to understand their customers needs. For a non working room phone you shouldn't be told, it can be looked at tomorrow. In this case she waa told what was needed waa a simple coiled wire change. Aside from that all was great
Great hotel in Olean
Paul Pon 19/06/2017 17:51I've stayed at this Best Western a number of times over the years and never bother to look at other options in Olean as I've always had good experiences here. The rooms are always clean and in good condition, the staff friendly and a good breakfast. The pool is very small and was actually closed on this visit due to some issue with the chlorine pump.
