Best Western Waterbury Always Great!

Every chance we get while visiting Vermont and New Hampshire we book at this centrally located hotel. We have been a number of times over the years and the quality of the experience has never wavered.

The location is ideal when visiting Stowe, Burlington and Waterbury areas (Ben and Jerry's nearby). We use it as a base for outdoor activities (hiking, biking and kayaking) plenty of which are a short drive.

We enjoy a swim at the glass enclosed pool or soak in the hot tub at the end of the day, or on rain days, or just when you wish to do nothing and catch some rays on the patio. This trip we noticed that the included breakfast always provided eggs, bacon or sausage each morning with other healthy choices washed down by green mountain coffee.

On our check out day we planned a hike and the hotel allowed us to use the showers in the pool gym area in the afternoon which we really appreciated.

Great place for kids as well as they can use the recreation area which includes ping pong and games or the pool of course.

While many things have changed over the years in Stowe - Waterbury, we are glad this beautiful property is still going strong and getting better with age. Something we all aspire to.

Clean, Comfortable, Nicely Appointed

Was very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again. Rooms were nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Location was convenient for what we were doing in the area. Breakfast was fresh and offered variety. Beautiful setting and they even have a covered bridge on the property.

A Good Value in the Waterbury / Stowe area!

This is a modern, clean, well maintained hotel with a friendly and considerate staff, plus it is an excellent value for this area. We have stayed here several times and have never had a bad experience or problem!

For the area this is a relatively economical hotel. It is what you would expect. It was clean. Our room was quiet. The breakfast was OK but not great which is typical for this type of hotel, We had limited contact with the staff. They were friendly and professional. For us the largest downside was that the bed was very uncomfortable and consequently we did not sleep well. Judging from the mattresses we stacked, they were in the process of changing mattresses so that may change.

Would we stay there again? I do not know. We would not hesitate staying there again but we would not go out of our way either.

Very nice and spacious room, great breakfast buffet, round the clock coffee/tea bar. Big indoor pool, gaming area/library, quick internet connection, covered bridge on premises. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Hotel to our friends and family.
