Staff is friendly but the rooms are dated. Musty smelly, dirty dusty corners, and apparently dirty sheets.... yuck!! Apparently there are renovated rooms and there are signs the place is under construction, sorely needed!!

Incorrect Reservation

The reservation clerk booked us for the day preceding our desired arrival date and we were subsequently written off as a "no show" and charged full price when we weren't even in the state of Oregon. The desk attendant was not interested in the error made by his colleague;however, indicated he would be happy to charge us again for another night if we were interested in staying in their establishment. This was exceedingly discouraging and frustrating given they were not amenable to correcting their mistake. Subsequently, we will NEVER stay in a Clarion Inn again.

Under Renovation - Nice Location - Clean

Stayed five nights-close to the Gresham town center and walking distance to the light rail stop. Room was clean, hotel staff were great. The light breakfast fare was adequate and fresh. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

In booking through Choice Hotels, I was told that this was superior to the Quality Inn in Gresham, I suspect that it is not. Major remodel ongoing. Lobby torn up. Room had chemical odor. For the price, it was clean. Bed was good.

Renovations going on

This hotel is being renovated, so not all rooms are available. They put us in a room facing the street and assured us traffic noise would quiet down in the evening. Wrong. Fortunately the air conditioner was noisy so that helped slightly. Very cramped room, particularly for an "accessible " room. Bathroom was large but door has no doorstop and bangs on the tub. Also sink faucet was difficult to turn on and off or get temperature correct, which seems strange for a handicapped accessible room. Door to corridor sticks. Breakfast very ordinary. Staff was nice. Would stay elsewhere if in the area again.
