Nairobi Sheraton...an excellent place to stay

Went to Nairobi for an official trip on July 2017. Had an excellent stay with best amenities. Complimentary Wi-Fi service was with decent speed. Was located at the business heart. Buffet breakfast was a wonderful variety.

A wonderful place to start our trip through Kenya!

Four Points, Hurlingham, have established a very stylish, comfortable and modern hotel near the centre of Nairobi, within easy access to the main tourist attractions. Arriving there late at night after they organised an airport transfer for us, Carmen was so excited to see their beautifully lit entrance and reception, she ran head first into their spotlessly clean glass entrance door. Straight away the staff responded extremely carefully and with a lot of care, providing first aid treatment and a follow up call to see how she was doing. Rest assured she was fine and was soon tucking in to a delicious dinner at 11pm served as room service, which option lasted until midnight. The room was spacious, beds comfortable and bathroom had a brilliant power shower and accompanying toiletries with hair dryer also.

The remainder of our time in the hotel was very enjoyable, Carmen especially loved spending time in their well maintained heated roof top swimming pool, and us adults loved relaxing on the sun loungers with great views across the city.

The hotel offers a variety of eating areas and we particularly enjoyed eating on the rooftop terrace, with a menu offering a wide variety of cuisines. Throughout our stay here, the food has been top notch, compliments to the chef! We can’t praise the staff enough for their hospitality and assistance offered to book our onward transport from Nairobi. It felt especially genuine and warming when staff recommended we book taxis via Uber instead of going through the hotel, due to the price being much cheaper, which really showed they had our best interest at heart.

Formerly Best Western, now a part of SPG Four Points. You will not be disappointed.

All staff were extremely friendly and professional. Was helped with bags upon check in. Room was very modern and clean. Pablos is the on site restaurant on the lobby floor. It offers an excellently diverse choice of food options -- you will surely find something to your taste, from beef sliders to Thai chicken soup. Breakfast was included in our rate and offered a wide variety of hot and cold food items. I especially enjoyed the mint water and tea.

Geoffrey is the on site food and beverage manager who cares tremendously about providing the best food and service possible. He treated us like VIP. If you have any issues -- please let him know and I am sure he will fix them right away.

They also make a home made chilli peppers hot sauce that they blend on the spot -- wow, amazing! Geoffrey -- please send me the recipe!

Amazing city hotel

I have been staying with Four Points for the last 2 weeks and i have had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, the location is central. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The food is fantastic and the rooftop pool is the hotel highlight. Amazing view and great beer. Can never stay anywhere else in Nairobi.

It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend to Nairobi visitors. The staff are very hospitable, the rooms are very comfortable, the internet is fast, and the rooftop restaurant and bar is incredible. When I come back to Nairobi, I will definitely stay here. I also had the opportunity to speak with Geoffrey at breakfast, who really cares for the guests and their experience here. Looking forward to coming back!
