Great 1st visit
Tim Son 07/08/2017 12:58On arrival the reception staff were polite and informative. They also asked about our dietary requirements as we had booked a meal in the restaurant for the evening.
Clear directions as to where the room was. The room was spacious and clean with plenty of information in the welcome book
Good size bathroom with a decent shower.
Good night sleep followed by a cooked breakfast in the morning before departure

On arrival it's clean, tidy and inviting,
All the staff are friendly and welcoming,
The spa is fantastic, from the pool, sauna etc to the lunch and treatments,
The rooms are full of modern furniture and has a lot of nice added touches,
Marco Pierre Whites restaurant was fab for evening meal and breakfast!
All in all a lovely stay with you and we will certainly be coming back!

B3735CFbobpon 31/07/2017 22:08I've stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions for business & pleasure and it never ceases to amaze me.
The hotel is modern with great amenities a very relaxed atmosphere made all the more special by the excellent staff in all departments to many to mention.
The rooms are spacious with beautiful decor and are kept very clean.
The restaurant (Marcos) has a diverse menu which will cater for most tastes and the food is fantastic.

Spa Break Deal - will definitely return
Laily Bon 31/07/2017 19:32I booked this hotel as part of a spa break deal it included 3 course meal at Mr White's restaurant, 30 min treatment, full use of facilities, bed and breakfast. All for £89 pp.
The hotel room we were given was spacious considering it was a family room, was comfy and clean!
The meal at the restaurant was good but the breakfast was even better.
We called the reception twice during our stay and they were prompt and friendly.
A draw back was that there were not many local amenities nearby. However, the stay we had was rather relaxing and we will definitely return again.
An enjoyable stay
Peter Lon 31/07/2017 10:32Used this as a base to discover the local area for a few days. The Hotel staff were extremely professional and helpful when approached. The bed in the room although large enough did not seem to suit us particularly and was not as comfortable as our own bed. (But then you do get used to your own bed). The room seemed very hot and stuff and thankfully a fan was already supplied for us to use. The restaurant was expensive but worth the money!! Spa facilities were and added bonus.
