Clean, but could have been better
752ginanon 02/07/2017 16:41The hotel was clean, but It smelled of cigarette smoke. The mattresses were very bouncy. The breakfast was sad. The few things on there were all microwaved foods. We will definitely choose a different hotel when we pass back through.
Killer customer service!
Mrslaw05on 22/05/2017 16:26We were in town visiting friends for the weekend. Our friends actually booked and paid for our stay. Our hosts told the hotel that we were driving in from out of town and would be checking in late. We were generously and enthusiastically greeted by Kendrick who was waiting right outside the door when we pulled up. We asked Housekeeping to come back later the next day because we were getting dressed. We came back to the room earlier than expected and spent a few minutes in the breakfast room. As soon as she was finished the front desk staff came to get us to let us know our room was ready. Breakfast could use some fresh fruit. And the rooms a little updating but we enjoyed ourselves. Absolutely super staff.
Disappointed guest
Cynthia Ron 19/05/2017 08:33The hotel is renovated fairly nice. But I must say this to future guest we checked in and never have I ever saw this ever there were used dirty towels hanging in bathroom. And to make things worse we had no towels. Kendrick was on that evening so we called him af front desk asking for clean towels. He moved us to another room which only had one set of towels. The couch was awfully dirty needs replacing but I must say Kendrick did his best, but we were told that Tara was in charge of checking housekeeping due to her being on day shift. We were told by housekeeping that Saturday that we were on the check out list believe me it just got worse locked out after returning from graduation.
I spoke with Tara and she just denied all of her duties she's responsible for like she isn't accountable for checking rooms before guest checking in. I was ready to leave this hotel the same day but couldn't find available rooms anywhere due to events in this past weekend. I did speak with manager she apologized for her staff members lack of structure and totally don't value their jobs. I could say more about this problem but I hope someone else have a better stay. I don't know if we'll stay again because it wasn't good. I did suggest to manager there needs to be accountability and more emphasis on customer service including breakfast which needs changing to upgrade the menu.

Blancacasaon 18/05/2017 14:22Kendrick Dorn did a great job of realizing that we did not want the room we had booked! We had accidentally booked a Disability/Smoking room. We are both around 70 yrs but Kendrick sensed we did not need a handicapped room and asked if we really wanted smoking. He switched us to a regular non-smoking room. It was late and we were tired. I am sure it would have been frustrating when we smelled the smoke in the room and realized it was our own fault.

No longer a Best Western
Lorin Oon 22/01/2017 22:29Hotel has recently dropped its' BW affiliation. Stayed anyway because it was late and we were tired. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Evening desk staff was good, morning staff was hard to find when we were ready to check out. Breakfast was just OK.
