We only spent one night here but the room was immaculate, everything worked very well, the staff was polite (especially the breakfast lady), and the breakfast was above average. All in all, a great value in a convenient location; despite being right off I-10, there is no highway noise in the rooms.

We stopped in Benson for one night while passing through Arizona on our way from California to Florida. This hotel was clean, had a very comfortable bed, hot breakfast and friendly staff. It had some upgrade, including a new wood look floor.

I questioned our stay at the front reception when the lady & two kids booked me in. The kids were actually allowed to process my key cards all the while playing with & turning the lights on & off, and making enough noise to interfere with our hearing. As I rounded the corner to head to our room, I had to maneuver around two bikes in the path. The room looked redone. This was my first hotel with hardwood floors. I happened to look under the bed ( no bed skirt ) and it was clean just as far as the broom went......the corners & behind the chairs as well. The bathroom looked clean & the rest appeared clean. Morning breakfast that was included was minimal. The Make your own waffles seemed the safest bet. I guess it's true, you get what you pay for!

We stayed at this Inn from 6/30 to 7/3. The front desk staff were awesome! I booked 2 rooms through Expedia who listed this as a Best Western... They really need to update their site! The name is now Quality Inn and I had been there before the name changed and thought I remembered where it was located but after driving y several times I trusted my GPS and went inside. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the rooms did not appear to have a working air conditioner and with 105 degree heat this was desperately needed. The staff immediately relocated my daughter to a different room, however it was quite a distance from our room and difficult as we were helping her out with 2 small children. The staff notified us the next day that the AC was fixed and moved her back to her original room. Exemplary customer service.
The only issue I had was there was a bees nest in a pipe linking the hot tub and the pool. Every time someone enter the pool they swarmed around, it was in the shallow end near the pool steps so quite unnerving when you are swimming with a 3 year old and a 7 month old. Other than the bee situation we had a great stay with wonderful staff

People were really not very on the afternoon shift. Room was good for price. The bathtub needs to be scrubbed and bleached. I wish they had a dog grass area. Food in town was good, Friday was fish fry and the Horse Shoe. Pool area was nice.
